The SZMCH site (Site Number: 04) for the NIHR Methanol POC Trial is located in the  Cabin South Block(5th Floor) Room No:557 Department of Medicine, Units I to IV, at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital, Bogura. Trial activities at this site began on 07th May 2025 with the commencement of Clinical Research Assistants (CRAs) and Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs). Professor Dr. Md. Halimur Rashid is the Site Principal Investigator, and Prof. Dr. Md. Abdus Salam,Dr. Md. Kamal Hossain,Dr. Md. Mamunur Rashid,Dr. Md. Rashadul Kabir & and Dr. S. M. Arafat are the Co-Investigators of the study. The site received the necessary approvals from the BMRC on 28 January 2025, the DGDA on 6 February 2025, and the SZMC Ethics Committee on 26th December 2024. SATO was received on 31 July 2025.The SZMCH site team includes two Clinical Research Assistants: Dr. Mobasher Hasan and Dr. Selim Reza; two Clinical Research Nurses: Monwarul Islam and Robiul Hasan; and a Site Trial Coordinator, Dr. Roton Pramanik.
