Prof Md Shafiqul Bari
Dr. Md. Shafiqul Bari, Professor of Medicine, Dhaka Medical College Hospital. He has obtained his MBBS in 1996 from Dhaka Medical College and completed FCPS in Medicine in 2003 from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. His research aims to improve management of victims of poisoned patients and infectious diseases patients which accounts for significant morbidity and mortality of the less privileged people of Bangladesh. Throughout his career, Dr. Md. Shafiqul Bari has actively engaged in various research projects, publications, teaching and supervision of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is the Executive Committee Member of the Toxicology Society of Bangladesh. Dr. Bari is the Principal Investigator of the Dhaka Medical College Hospital site of CCBOC study.
