Condolence Message

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Professor Mahbub Kamal Chowdhury, former Professor and Head of the Department of Medicine at Chittagong Medical College, and the Founding President of Bangladesh Society of Infectious & Tropical Diseases (BSITD (previously 'BAATM'). He passed away on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at a private hospital in Dhaka (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un).

On behalf of Toxicology Society of Bangladesh (TSB), we express our profound sorrow at his demise. We pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul and extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
