SOMCH
Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College (SOMCH), located in Sylhet, Bangladesh, is the second site of the CCBOC trial. This site got the approval for subject enrollment on February 15, 2021 and recruited their first patient on February 17, 2021. Since the initiation of the study, a total of 210 subjects have been screened, and among them, 157 patients have been enrolled in the study through January 18, 2023. The Principal Investigator at the SOMCH site is Professor Dr. Shishir Ranjan Chakraborty. This site currently employs nine people, including the Site Trial Coordinator: Zakir Hassan; Clinical Research Assistants: Dr. Al Amin Ahmed Shakil, Dr. Prodip Kumar Paul, Dr. Shahara Anjum, and Dr. Sayema Shahid Shila; and Clinical Research Nurses: Mousumi Das, Sanjita Sinha, Ripa Rani Biswas, and Poli Rani Nandi. Currently, the SOMCH site has two dedicated beds for subject requirements at Medicine Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
